Welcome to Enhance Agency (“Enhance”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This page is our Terms of Use & Privacy Policy. It governs your access to and use of all websites, mobile applications, software, APIs, browser extensions, desktop applications, artificial intelligence services, digital products, content, features, and any other products or services now or later provided by Enhance Agency (collectively, the “Services”).

This includes, without limitation, products such as Stype and any other current or future apps, websites, or tools we operate under Enhance Agency or related brands.

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be legally bound by this Terms of Use & Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.


Part A — Terms of Use


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use our Services.

If you use our Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Changes

We may update this Terms of Use & Privacy Policy at any time. Updates become effective when published at https://enhance.llc/legal.

Your continued use of any Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised page. For material changes that affect paid subscriptions, we may provide additional notice in-app or by email where required by law or platform rules.

3. Description of Services

Enhance Agency develops and operates software products including, but not limited to:

  • Mobile applications (including iOS and Android apps)

  • AI-powered tools and voice / text processing features

  • Productivity software

  • Websites and landing pages

  • APIs and backend services

  • SaaS platforms

  • Browser extensions

  • Desktop applications

  • Digital content

  • Future products and services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature or Service at any time.

4. Accounts

Some Services require an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information;

  • keep your credentials secure;

  • maintain confidentiality of your account;

  • accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate any applicable law;

  • reverse engineer our software except where legally permitted;

  • copy or redistribute our Services without permission;

  • interfere with servers or infrastructure;

  • upload malicious code;

  • attempt unauthorized access;

  • exploit bugs;

  • scrape our Services without permission;

  • use automated systems to overload our Services;

  • impersonate another person;

  • infringe intellectual property rights;

  • use our Services for illegal or fraudulent purposes.


6. Artificial Intelligence

Some Services utilize artificial intelligence, including speech-to-text, language models, and related processing.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies.

  • Outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

  • AI responses should not be considered legal, medical, financial, accounting, engineering, or other professional advice.

  • You remain solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before relying upon or publishing it.

  • We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

  • You assume all risks associated with your use of AI-generated content.

Certain Services may send your voice audio, text, or other inputs to third-party AI providers to deliver the feature you requested. Details are in Part B below, and where required we obtain your permission in the product before sharing that data.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (including voice recordings you create and text you generate or dictate), to the extent permitted by law.

By uploading or submitting content, you grant Enhance Agency a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display such content solely as needed to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.

You represent that you possess all rights necessary to submit such content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

All Services, software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, interfaces, designs, models, databases, documentation, and content remain the exclusive property of Enhance Agency or its licensors.

Nothing on this page transfers ownership to you.

You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our Services for their intended purpose.

9. Paid Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain Services may require paid subscriptions or one-time purchases.

9.1 Auto-renewable subscriptions (Apple / Google)

Where subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device account settings:

  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

  • Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the purchase flow before you confirm.


9.2 Web / Stripe and other processors

Where subscriptions or payments are sold on the web or outside app stores, payments may be processed by Stripe or other authorized payment providers.

  • By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the selected plan and any renewals.

  • Auto-renewal, cancellation, and billing details for web purchases are shown at checkout and/or in your account billing settings.

  • Refunds for web purchases, if any, are handled according to the applicable product’s refund policy and Stripe’s (or the processor’s) rules, and subject to applicable law.


9.3 Platform rules

Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are governed by Apple’s or Google’s policies. We do not control those refund decisions.

10. Free Trials

We may offer free trials.

Unless canceled before the trial expires in accordance with the applicable platform’s rules, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription and you will be charged.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trials at any time, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.

11. Availability

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.

Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, technical failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

12. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers, including (without limitation) Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat, cloud hosting providers, and AI providers such as OpenRouter and OpenAI.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, software, APIs, payment processors, or services beyond our reasonable control.

Your use of third-party services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENHANCE AGENCY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE;

  • AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE;

  • THE SERVICES WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION;

  • DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;

  • THE SERVICES ARE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.


14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENHANCE AGENCY, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF DATA; LOSS OF GOODWILL; INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS; PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES; OR PERSONAL DECISIONS MADE USING AI OUTPUTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE (12) MONTHS; OR
(b) USD $100.

THIS LIMIT APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Enhance Agency and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and legal fees arising from:

  • your use of the Services;

  • violation of these terms;

  • infringement of third-party rights;

  • misuse of AI-generated content;

  • unlawful activities conducted through your account.


16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any Service immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or applicable law, or where necessary to protect the Services, other users, or our business.

Termination does not affect any provisions intended to survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity.

17. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.

You may not use our Services where prohibited by law.

18. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Enhance Agency is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

19. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

This Terms of Use & Privacy Policy, together with any additional product-specific notices shown in-app, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Enhance Agency regarding the Services.


Part B — Privacy Policy

This Part B explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have under applicable laws, including the GDPR where it applies.

22. Data We Collect


22.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Apple or Google (or create an account in another product), we may receive and store:

  • Email address (or the private relay address Apple provides if you choose to hide your email)

  • Name (as provided by the sign-in provider)

  • An account identifier used for subscription and usage limits

This information is used to identify your account and manage your subscription.

22.2 Microphone Audio (Stype and similar voice products)

Where a product records audio through your device microphone when you activate voice input, that audio is:

  • Captured for the sole purpose of providing the feature you requested (for example, transcription)

  • Sent to our backend servers, then processed via OpenRouter, which may route the audio to OpenAI speech-to-text models (for example, gpt-4o-mini-transcribe)

  • Not stored permanently by us after processing. Audio is discarded after transcription completes

We ask for your permission in the product before sharing this audio with these AI services.

22.3 Transcription / Generated Text

Text returned from transcription or AI features may be stored locally on your device as history, depending on the product. In Stype, you can disable history storage by enabling Privacy Mode in Settings.

If you use AI writing modes (for example tone or cleanup), the text may be sent via our servers and OpenRouter to OpenAI language models for processing. We ask for permission in-app before this sharing occurs where required.

22.4 Usage and Subscription Data

We collect usage information needed to operate the service, including:

  • Word count / quota usage for free and paid limits (where applicable)

  • Subscription status (managed via RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and/or Stripe depending on the product and purchase channel)


22.5 Operational Logs

Our servers may retain limited request metadata (such as success/failure, language, and word counts) for reliability, abuse prevention, and quota enforcement. This does not include permanent storage of your audio recordings.

22.6 Payments

Payments may be processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or other authorized processors. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment providers process billing data under their own privacy policies.

23. Data We Do NOT Collect / Do NOT Do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data

  • We do not build advertising profiles from your voice or transcripts

  • We do not permanently store your audio recordings

  • We do not use your audio to train our own AI models

25. Third-Party Services (Privacy)


25.1 OpenRouter and OpenAI

For AI voice/text features, data may be processed as follows:

  1. Your device sends data to our backend

  2. Our backend sends it to OpenRouter

  3. OpenRouter may route the request to OpenAI speech-to-text and/or language models

  4. The resulting text is returned to your device

OpenRouter and OpenAI act as processors for this purpose. See their privacy and data-use policies for how they handle API data.

25.2 Apple / Google Sign-In

Authentication may be handled through Apple Sign In and/or Google Sign-In. Their privacy policies govern how they handle authentication data. We only receive the information you authorize them to share.

25.3 RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Stripe

Subscription and payment status may be managed through RevenueCat, Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, and/or Stripe, depending on the product and purchase channel.

25.4 Infrastructure

We use cloud infrastructure providers (including Railway and related logging/database services) to host our APIs and store account, usage, and operational data described above.

Data on your device is protected by platform security (including device encryption on iOS). Access to our servers is restricted to authorized systems needed to run the Services.

27. International Data Transfers

When audio or text is processed via OpenRouter / OpenAI or other processors, that data may be processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. These providers provide contractual safeguards for such transfers where required.

28. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

  • Deny microphone access in device Settings (voice features will be unavailable)

  • Decline or review AI data-sharing consent in the App (transcription is blocked until you agree, where that control exists)

  • Enable Privacy Mode (or equivalent) so transcription history is not saved on device

  • Delete your account or contact us to request deletion of account data we hold

  • Manage subscriptions via Apple, Google, or your web billing portal as applicable

As a user in the EEA you also have GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Contact enhanceagency10@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days where required.

You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

29. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact enhanceagency10@gmail.com.

30. Changes to Privacy Practices

We may update this Terms of Use & Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at https://enhance.llc/legal. Material changes may also be communicated in the App.
